After becoming disillusioned with some of the role discussions I had with technical agents and companies in the software market whilst looking for my next career move, I decided to launch WestNova Software in 2025, with a passion for custom software innovation and built on the belief that technology should not just solve problems but create new opportunities.
Technology leader with over twenty five years of experience in software development and team management. Throughout my career, have worked with and led high-performing engineering teams, delivering enterprise-grade solutions that drive digital transformation. Expertise spans cloud computing, AI integration, Agile methodologies, mentoring/coaching range of engineers to succeed in their chosen software career path.
